Yann Hui is a RIBA Chartered Architect, registered with the ARB, and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. His work spans architectural practice, education and research.
With more than 20 years of international experience, he currently teaches in the Architecture International Programme at KMITL, Bangkok. His reviews consider the architectural idea, the evidence behind it and how clearly the portfolio communicates the work.

Three practical checks for your next portfolio draft.
Lead with work that shows decisions.
A polished image gets attention. A drawing, diagram or short explanation can show how the design developed and why it matters.
Make the first few pages count.
Open with a strong project. Give the reader enough context to understand the brief, your role and the design response.
Test it with someone unfamiliar.
Ask a reader what they understand after two minutes. Their questions often reveal missing labels, unclear decisions or crowded pages.

Who is this review for?
Architecture students and recent graduates who want to improve a portfolio for study or early career applications.
What will I receive?
One written report with page or section comments, a summary of strengths and gaps, and prioritised changes. Proposed launch limit: one PDF of up to 30 pages and 25 MB; standard turnaround planned at five working days after complete submission. Final terms will be confirmed when booking opens.
Can you redesign my portfolio for me?
The service provides critique and direction. You make the design changes and retain authorship of your work.
How does priority review work?
The proposed priority option is £39 for a 48-hour review following receipt of a complete portfolio. Timing and availability will be confirmed when booking becomes live.
Can I pay or send my portfolio now?
No. This is an early access site. The interest form records your email. It does not create an order or receive a portfolio.
